Head of Ops
Claire is a true boomerang, growing up in the Portland area, she went to college in Vermont (go catamounts!) and worked in Boston before moving back to the great state of Maine. She’s a go getter with a strong bias for action that motivates those around her. Claire loves numbers and data acts as her thermostat.
Claire thrives in fast paced environments working alongside, and collaborating with brilliant minds. She is an optimist who views problems as opportunities and gets excited when she’s able to drive a solution forward that has a big impact. She wore many hats during her time at Wayfair in a variety of merchandising and management roles with responsibilities ranging from building teams, developing new tools and processes, and creating promotional campaigns all with a focus on improving the customer experience. These experiences arm Claire with a balance of creative and analytical skills that will power her work here at Blaze Partners advocating for our clients with her innovative mentality.
On the weekends you will likely find Claire surrounded by her furry friends, a french bulldog named Louie and her 20 year old cat, Peppy. Despite growing up in Maine, Claire just learned how to ski in 2019 and has been taking every opportunity to get as many miles on her skis as she can. She’s energized by the work Blaze Partners is doing for its clients, and is thrilled to be a part of the team!
